Our primary aim is to keep our community safe, clean and tidy for the benefit of all residents. Here are some of the ways in which your local Conservatives have been able to deliver this goal.

Your local Borough Councillors for All Saints Ward recently teamed up with Police, Fire and KBC Community Safety officers to deliver Crime Prevention Packs to residents in the Pleasure Park area. Your local Conservative Councillors continue to back the installation of CCTV in the area, which has been strongly supported by local residents in a recent public consultation.

Elsewhere, the installation of alley gating in our terraced streets continues along with the delivery of security devices to targeted locations. This is the culmination of many years of partnership working between Police, Council and your local Councillors. Thanks to the valued support of our Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner Stephen Mold, £280,000 of grant funding has been secured to support community safety improvements like the above.

County Councillor Bill Parker and Borough Councillor Ash Davies recently met with Sergeant Matt Rock of Northants Police. They discussed resident's concerns about various crime issues in Brambleside. A Police 'Day of Action' was subsequently held in Brambleside Ward on Wednesday 25th November.

We will continue to work pro-actively with local Police partners and keep doing all we can to ensure our community remains safe and pleasant for all. We also welcome the 57 new Police officers who will soon be joining Northamptonshire Police, another promise delivered by HM Government.
