We are delighted to announce that North Northamptonshire Council will now pay all of its employees at least the Real Living Wage.
This equals minimum pay of £9.50 an hour, more than the £8.91 National Minimum Wage.
Cllr Jason Smithers, North Northamptonshire Council Leader said: "The Real Living Wage will provide a fairer pay rate for our dedicated and hard-working staff."
