David and Allan have been working hard to contact residents and Conservative members in the villages in the Welland ward area to see if they would be interested in getting involved in a branch.
The branch is to be established for social events, political campaigning and fund raising. We want to build a successful group of like-minded people who would enjoy meeting to socialise and discuss local / national issues and ideas. There are no mandatory meetings.
However, we do plan to have guest speakers come along to branch meetings who would bring an added dimension when talking to the group about local and up to the minute topics.
